1. Adequate Service Hours for Optimum Utilization (11 hrs per day)
2. Bibliographic Verification Service. It provides easy retrieval of information through printed catalog, Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and Index to Periodicals, etc.
3. Library Instruction and Orientation on the proper use of the library and its resources. Library orientation shall be conducted every opening of the first semester for freshmen and transferees. Library instruction maybe a regular program upon request.
4. Book circulation thru lending service. It is the process of charging and discharging of books for overnight use.
5. Book Reservation. The is offered to students for limited available copies of textbook and collateral reading materials recommended by faculty members as required reading material for a particular course. These books are for shared use of students enrolled in the respective courses.
6. Reference service thru entertaining queries, giving directions, direct answers and referrals.
7. Material reproduction. Photocopying service in MSU-GSC Main Library is operated by private entities.
8. Selective Dissemination of Information thru bulletin board display. It informs students about new acquisitions, current events, and general information.
9. Multi-media/audio-visual service. Allow users access on non-print resources and standalone database.
10. Internet services. Enable access of online resources, including data retrieval service which is downloading of full text.
